We’re on a mission to put their business on autopilot, so they can focus on providing the best care for their patients.
This starts with financial data. Today, doctors rely on overworked office staff to manually reconcile payments with their billing system. This costs hours every week, is prone to human errors, and mostly done on paper.
But until these payments are reconciled, patients can’t be billed, and doctors don’t know their revenue. Our first product completely automates this task, saving practices 10+ hours a week and reconciling payments in seconds instead of hours.
We have a handful of forward-thinking customers, happily paying $1k+ per month for our product and tens of practices on a waitlist.
The opportunity is large. If we play our cards right, we can be the financial OS for the 1 million doctors running their own practice in this country. We’ll also have happier patients because more automation means no more incorrect bills, random calls from your doctor’s office to resolve billing questions, giving patients the opportunity to pay their medical bills in installments, etc. You’ll play a huge role in shaping the future of this industry.

We’re early in our journey, and there is a lot to build. Reconciling insurance payments is just one piece of the puzzle.
Therefore, we’re growing from a 5-person team to a 2-pizza team of 7 people. The goal by the end of this year is to iterate towards strong product/market fit, aiming to serve 100 doctors who love and pay for our first product.
